A mixture of herbs consisting of chamomile, rhamnus (buckthorns), hibiscus, senna leaves, but also mountain tea. These herbs creates a mixture that can fight constipation in a completely natural way. Each herb has its own action acting either as a laxative or contributing to the better functioning of the digestive system. However, as a mixture it is the ideal solution for people who suffers from constipation either due to sedentary lifestyle or due to other factors. And the best part is that it’s a natural solution.

Properties

Chamomile helps reduce gas in the stomach and intestines and has a mild laxative effect. Rhamnus helps the contractions of the intestinal muscles, resulting in better mobility. It has a laxative effect, while helping the large intestine to increase its muscle contraction.

Hibiscus has mild laxative properties and helps with constipation through the process of activating the metabolism. Senna leaves have the ability to regulate the way the large intestine works, while having a laxative effect and mountain tea relieves indigestion and stomachache.

Preparation

Add a tablespoon of the herbs in a pot and then put inside boiled water. Leave it for about five – ten minutes and then strain it. If you want to add a bit of sweetness to your tea, try adding a small spoonful of honey.
