Monastic Egg Noodles: Method of Cooking
(For one portion) Bring to boil 500 ml water by adding a little salt and one teaspoon of butter. Add 100 gr. noodles and stir. In approximately 7 minutes (after strong boiling), remove them from heat and leave them covered for 4 minutes (do not need to drain them). Served with cheese and meat.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sun.
