Greek Lenten Frumenty made with a traditional monastery recipe by the nuns of the Holy Monastery of Saint Panteleimon, Amyntaio. Frumenty is a small treasure of the Greek cuisine, since it is a product with high nutritional value that confers significant health benefits.
