Monastic Trahanas with vegetables: Method of Cooking
(For one portion) Finely chop one-half fresh tomato and sauté with 2 tablespoons oil. Add 500ml water and a little salt. Bring to boil. Add 100gr pasta and stir. In approximately 10 minutes remove from heat.
