Monastic Vegetable Noodles Fasting: Method of Cooking
(For one portion) Finely chop one- half fresh tomato and sauté with 2 tablespoons oil. Bring to boil 500ml water and a little salt. Add 100gr pasta and stir. In approximately 7 minutes remove from heat and leave covered for 4 minutes (do not drain). Served as a fasting meal or with cheese and meat.
