Rosemary is a genuine natural Athonite product. It is collected and packed by the monks at Mount Athos from the slopes of Mount Athos.

With knowledge and passion, the monks in the Holy Cell of the Divine Ascension of the Holy Monastery of Iviron are systematically engaged in aromatic plants. They collect them carefully and pack them so that all people can taste their qualities.

Athonite rosemary: Uses

Athonite rosemary can be used in cooking, either fresh or dried, for flavoring fish and meat, especially lamb and pork. It can also be used to give flavor to feta as well as to smoke meat. It is also used in various preservatives.

Athonite rosemary: Beneficial properties

Rosemary from Mount Athos has strong stimulating action. It helps to stimulate blood circulation, especially to the brain, and to improve concentration and memory.

It also has important antioxidant properties, thanks to the flavonoids it contains, which stimulate the immune system. It also has anti-inflammatory action.
