Handmade, pure noodles made with a traditional monastery recipe. They are thinner than the normal ones, boil faster and have a softer taste. Noodles provide the human body with strength, energy and essential nutrients. They fall into the category of dry pasta and are an essential part of the Mediterranean diet as products rich in carbohydrate, iron, proteins and vitamins. Their consumption twice or three times a week as accompanying product of a protein food is fully integrated into a healthy eating plan. In combination with simple vegetable sauces, poultry or fish noodles constitute a healthy, rich in flavor and low in calories meal. This exceptional monastery product is produced in Greece by the Holy Monastery of St. Panteleimon, Amyntaio and is packed on behalf of the Holy Monastery by the «Women Association of Arnissa». It is available from the Mount Athos product exhibition.
