Monks from the Holy Hut of Saint Nicholas at Iviron Monastery manufactures and bottles this authentic monastic vinegar, a great product from Mount Athos. Monks are producing a traditional product of high quality with great nutritional value for human body. Because it’s a natural product the presence of sediment at the bottom of the bottle is normal.
